- John Kelly
- With over 20 years experience
in the house building sector
John started his career at
Croudace Homes before
moving on to Berkeley Homes
(Oxford and Chiltern) as
commercial manager in 1995.
He was then at Banner homes
as commercial director before
joining Vanderbilt in 2009.
- Andy Knight
- With over 25 years in the
industry Andy started his
career at house builders
Charles Church and was then
at Berkeley homes as build
director before joining
Vanderbilt in 2009.
- Arvind Makadia
- Having qualified both as an
accountant and Civil engineer
Arvind contributes uniquely to
the Vanderbilt team. Arvind
started his career at Shield
Group the real estate
maintenance experts
spending 5 years as group
accountant before starting his
own accountancy practice in
1996. Latterly becoming the
managing accountant and has
been at Vanderbilt since the
formation of the company in
2004. Arvind is also the
Company secretary.
- Rupert Churchill
- Rupert started his career on
the construction side of the
business as a site manager
in 1993 and then moved on
to land acquisition before
founding Vanderbilt in 2004.
